Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility criteria for all the CrowdStrike certifications are, more or less, the same. These are as follows:

  • Have 6 months of prior experience in a production house using Crowdstrike Platform
  • Accept the CrowdStrike Certification Exam Agreement 
  • Be at least 18 years of age 
  • Purchase a voucher to get enrolled in the required CrowdStrike Certification exam
  • Achieve passing marks 
  • Avoid any misconduct

Exam Retake Policy

In the event, that you are unable to pass your first attempt:

  • You will need to wait at least 48 hours to retake your desired exam
  • Do a comprehensive review of the underlying exam objectives and the training course material. 

Upon failing your second attempt, candidates are required to wait at least 7 days before you take your third attempt or your fourth attempt. It is advised that before their attempts, candidates reconsider taking their recommended courses and gain sufficient experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform. 

After failing the fourth attempt, any further retakes will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Another thing to note is that candidates will not be allowed to retake any exam they have previously passed unless it relates to a recertification requirement by CrowdStrike itself.

Validity Of CrowdStrike Certifications

All CrodStrike certifications are valid for a period of three (3) years. Certifications are considered active from the date of successful passing till the three-year mark. After, candidates will need to recertify which involves taking the current version of the same certification exam.
